This shipper had to make contact with the person i bought my bike from, an individual not a store. The seller was not available when the initial delivery date was set and the shipper told me we'd be pushed back almost 2 weeks, which bummed me out. He later called back and said he picked up another shipment in that general area and would make another attempt within a couple days. Picked up my bike and had it to me by the weekend. Safe and secure, door to door. This is a great guy.
