My daughter and I decided to sell our homes at about the same time. We had double appliances and after all the garage sales, estate sales and the like that we conducted on our own, we only had one appliance left. We moved in together to save money and the stacking washer/dryer Frigidaire (brand new) came along...well, we never used it and it sat in the garage for a couple of years at our new house. I found out that my sister, her 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren (living in Rosemeade, CA) had been shopping for a washer/dryer for years. They just couldn't afford to buy one...so I decided to make a deal with her. I would give her the stackable set if we could find a way to get it to her. A friend of my daughter's referred us to USHIP! WOW!!! A whole new world was opened up to us! We put our listing in (by then it was our 3rd) and VOILA! we got a match!
