I booked for the first time with Uship and the shipper I booked ended up being less than he described himself. He actually ended up costing me a lot of time and over $100 in storage fees, he did pay part of them. However, I feel he should have paid all of it. Anyway, after a week of back and forth calls of why he can't pick up the bike today, he finally cancelled my order and refuned my money, which he sent an e-check through paypal and I still don't have access to that money 3 days later.
I submitted another booking and was picked up right away by NOGAMEZ and it was a wonderful experience. So all and all I would use Uship again, but will be more selective when accepting an offer.
