I had never used USHIP before and was pleased with this first experience. It certainly worked well for me. While I never met the shipper, he was easy to work with and arranged a delivery with a 3rd party receiving the piece. It worked very well and I would consider using the same shipper again. The process of communicating through e-mail was exactly what I needed and we spoke on the phone when it became necessary.
