I've had to deal with three different TSP before I actually recieved my bike. One would most likely have worked out fine but a scheduling conflict arose and forced a cancelation. The second had terribly communications for a shipping window that was very tight and I needed to retract that match. The third was very accomodating and customer focused.
Over all I think the site is great. I don't know how I would have accomplished this otherwise.
