To say the least this Co. has incredible communication.
I purchased a machine on E-Bay, that was pick up only, Ray placed an acceptible shipping bid for this item, scheduled the pick up on his own merit, contact me when item was picked up, and also 1 hr before drop off.
To even further the experience, this was to be a curbside drop off, and he went the extra mile and helped me transprt machine inside the house.
One could only wish to have service like this from all contractors.
