I selected this shipper on the basis of their excellent feedback rating because above all, I wanted quality service in having my bike delivered cross country from California to Florida. I made the right choice. This service provider understands the needs of their clients, foremost of which is frequent communication to update or reaffirm the status of delivery. They took the initiative to phone me so regularly that I never had the slightest concern about safe delivery of my precious cargo. I was not the ideal client. I could provide no more details for the pick-up than the name of a city in California and the cell phone number of the guy from whom I bought the bike. I was completely reliant upon this provider to dial in the details of the pickup. While they might have rightly taken issue with my lack of specifics, instead, they dealt with it for me by phoning the seller and making all arrangements for when and where to pick-up my bike. Obviously, this service provider understands that even the most accomodating client cannot offer much assistance on the pick-up end of the deal, in my case, from a stranger in a far away city that was completely foreign to me. I can tell you from experience that this has been a major source of conflict with past shipping providers. Past shippers phoned me to complain about matters over which I had no control, creating needless worry, including that the pick-up time put them behind schedule, the directions were unclear, the daytime only pick-up requirement was too restricting, etc. What was I supposed to do about it? In marked contrast, if this shipper was inconvenienced at pick-up, I am unaware of it because they never once phoned me to complain, only to offer reassuring news of a smooth delivery. Lastly, their fee was half of what I expected to have to pay for delivery from coast to coast. How refreshing it was for me to find a provider who strives to provide high quality service that is unrivaled in the industry. Thanks Larry!
