This was my first UShip experience, and it was great.
I won an old Sailfish mount on EBay, without noticing the Seller was not willing to handle shipping. The Seller was concerned about damage, and made the item a "pick-up only" auction. I won the item for a fraction of what I expected to pay-- which was the first sign I had missed the shipping issue.
Since I wasn't about to drive 1500 miles to pick up tacky wall art, I started searching for some solution other than just sending the Seller the money and telling him to keep the fish.

AIMone coordinated everything with the Seller, carefully wrapped a 9' Sailfish in bubble wrap, and brought it to my door a day earlier than promised. No damage, everything just as I expected. Great communication, and quick-- the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
UShip worked great, and it opened my eyes to all the other opportunities I have passed up because I didn't live in driving distance. In this case, my mistake has opened up new opportunities! I've already bought my next bargain, knowing UShip would get it here hassle free.
