I just wanted to post a big thank you to Ken who had issues with dropping off my compact tractor at Newark docks. The dock workers were very difficult, but Ken persevered and after 3 attempts managed to get them to take delivery.
When things go wrong it really shows the shippers commitment and Zonkercraft stepped up big time. These guys go the extra mile and take the responsibility of delivery seriously.
I was happy to pay them extra for their efforts.
