I sold a bike to someone out in the Chicago area last fall ('07) and they contracted with a private shipper called Wolverine Transport run by 'Matt'. Leading up to the pick-up, this man was communicative, detail oriented and POLITE, which I took note of. At the pick-up itself, which just happened to correspond with my own personal nightmare move, more of the same plus a willingness to offer a hand if I needed one! Fast forward two months and I needed transport for a bike I bought on the left coast. Placed an ad on Uship, got two or three responses, one which rang a bell in my head - Wolverine Transport. I accepted their bid and only then did I recognize this was indeed the same guy who had impressed me a short time earlier in the opposite capacity. As expected, my delivery went smoothly and punctually. I felt compelled to post this story as an addendum to the positive feedback I left. Needless to say, I will try to use this guy for ALL of my long distance transports, and recommend him most highly for anyone else seeking an honest, hard-working self-starter you can rely on.
