The company I matched with (applog) picked up and delivered the machine I won at auction on time. They billed me the agreed upon price. The driver was professional and couteous and cared for the nine ton machine like it was his own. It was a fantastic first USHIP experience. Looking back I don't know what I would change. Not to mention the rate I paid was less than half of the best price I could find calling shipping companies on my own. I will definitely be coming back to USHIP for my next cross country heavy shipping needs. It is such an awesome concept (trucks filling out and shippers saving money) that I wish I had thought of it.
