I can't say enough good things about the folks at Jettcycleshop. They took my bike on super short notice, hauled it 500+ miles overnight and delivered ON TIME (with only a 1hr window for delivery). Picked up another bike for me at the drop off location and hauled it back to me in nearly the same amount of time. All of this during the worst storm Northern California has seen in 10+ years (winds over 100 mph, raining sheets and multiple road closures). Somehow, through determination and work ethic, the folks at jettcycleshop delivered on their promise. Truly an excellent experience from a consumers standpoint.
