DocBob and his wife Lou are one professional team. Initially I wasn't worried about delivery date or time, but after setting a delivery date, a coworker asked me to go on a riding trip that would occur before the agreed delivery date. They worked with me as well as other customers to expedite my delivery and they agreed to ship to one of two locations based on the day of the week my bike arrived. They would deliver it to my jobsite, or my home. Lou very professionally kept in constant communication and relayed any important messages to DocBob. Upon arrival (before the bank opened) we had a cup of coffee while we waited and I even hung out with his riding buddy (a lil wiener dog). My bike was covered and in a covered trailer which made me feel even better. He also went the extra mile and used High quality soft ties to tie down my bike.
