I had to economically ship some heavy (921 pounds) car ramps from Ohio to western Washington state and most cost estimates were way too high - more than the value of the ramps. I stumbled upon uShip, not knowing what sort of response I might get. Within a day, I had two bids. One was too high, but the other was close to my budget. The transport company was flexible and worked with me on price, packing, pickup, and delivery. Everything worked out fine and without uShip, I probably couldn't have afforded purchasing the ramps. I'm impressed.
