I had two travel trailers to get from TN to Tucson. I could take one, but could not get both to the buyer within his timeframe. The buyer had one UShip provider bail on him before contacting me. Then, I had two more UShip drivers whine about not having any backhaul from West to East. One did promise to help me out, and said he would arrive between 8:30 and 9 am the next day. By 3 pm, I called him at home, and he gave me the same story about not having anything coming back.
Then I found Roadrunnerzz. They are new, but want the work, and did a great job. They showed up within 24 hours of our first contact, hauled the trailer in 45 to 50 mile an hour crosswinds, and delivered a day earlier than the buyer's deadline.
To make the story even better - I rely on my GPS to find pickup and dropoff locations. Well - in this case, it couldn't find the dropoff location, and kept running me all over north Tucson.
Amanda, with Roadrunnerzz had beat me there, and called me to say everything went well. She had to give me the last few miles of directions to the buyer's home. And she did it with a smile.
I will call them first, the next time I am in a time crunch, and can't handle a shipment that needs moving.
